Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please contact us at maxfynn@yahoo.com to initiate a return.
- What if my product arrives damaged?
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

- How do I care for my Brazilian wig?
- We recommend washing with a sulphate-free shampoo, air drying, and storing on a wig stand when not in use. Avoid excessive heat without a heat protectant.
