Do you offer free shipping?: Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over R500.
Can I track my order?: Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please contact us at maxfynn@yahoo.com to initiate a return.
What if my product arrives damaged?: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Are your skincare products suitable for all skin types?: We carry a range of products suited to different skin types. Each product listing includes details on who it is best suited for. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
Are your products cruelty-free?: We strive to stock products that are ethically sourced. Product-specific details are listed on each product page.
How do I use the Korean skincare products?: Korean skincare typically follows a layered routine: cleanser, toner, essence, serum, moisturiser, and SPF. Each product listing includes usage instructions.

How do I care for my Brazilian wig?: We recommend washing with a sulphate-free shampoo, air drying, and storing on a wig stand when not in use. Avoid excessive heat without a heat protectant.
