At Amarrah Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents after delivery
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect item received: Amarrah Beauty will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged before sending it back. Amarrah Beauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at maxfynn@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Rejected returns (items not meeting return conditions) will be sent back to you at your cost.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at maxfynn@yahoo.com.
