Where We Ship We currently ship to all major destinations within South Africa.
Shipping Method All orders are shipped via courier (e.g. Courier Guy, Aramex) for reliable and trackable delivery to your door.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. You will see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframe
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 3–5 business days
- Regional & outlying areas: 5–7 business days
Please note these are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to courier volumes or public holidays.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to track your delivery directly on the courier's website.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection. Amarrah Beauty is not liable for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at maxfynn@yahoo.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
